Indication

Dekomycin is indicated in infections caused by the following microorganisms: I. Gram-Negative microorganisms: Bacteroides species. Batonella bacilliformis. Brocella species (in conjunction with streptomycin). Enterobacter aerogenes formerly Aerobacter aerogenes.  Haemophilus influenzae. Klebsiella species. Agents of Psittacosis and Ornithosis . Mycoplasma Pneumoniae (PPLO, Eaton?s Agent). Rickettsiae (Rocky Mountain spotted fever, typhus fever and the Typhus group Q fever, rickettsialpox and the tick fevers).
